Course Description:The Principalship course positions the school administrator as the effective leader of the organization and its operations. Multiple topics are addressed, such as strategic planning and problem-solving, developing school-family-community partnerships to improve student learning, safe and effective learning environments, developing communication skills to meet needs of diverse stakeholders, school policies and procedures, and fiscal issues in school management.
